Since the latest Apple update, some users are experiencing a blockage in OneDoc synchronization via CalDAV (iPhone or Mac). This issue does not originate from OneDoc, it is due to a known Apple bug, which affects several services.

Workaround solution
Here’s how to restore functionality:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone

Go to Calendar > Accounts

Select the affected account

Enter the account settings
-
Disable Calendar sync (⚠️ do not delete the account)

In the Username field, delete the "@" symbol and retype it manually

Re-enter your application-specific password
-
Tap OK / Done

Re-enable Calendar sync
This should reestablish the CalDAV connection and restore syncing with your OneDoc calendar.
