iPhone Calendar Synchronization issue with OneDoc (Apple iOS 18.4 Update)

Since the latest Apple update, some users are experiencing a blockage in OneDoc synchronization via CalDAV (iPhone or Mac). This issue does not originate from OneDoc, it is due to a known Apple bug, which affects several services.

  • Who have installed the latest Apple update

  • And whose OneDoc calendars are synced via CalDAV

Workaround solution

Here’s how to restore functionality:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone

  2. Go to Calendar > Accounts

  3. Select the affected account

  4. Enter the account settings

  5. Disable Calendar sync (⚠️ do not delete the account)

  6. In the Username field, delete the "@" symbol and retype it manually

  7. Re-enter your application-specific password

  8. Tap OK / Done

  9. Re-enable Calendar sync

This should reestablish the CalDAV connection and restore syncing with your OneDoc calendar.
