If you forget your password and can no longer access your account, OneDoc offers a simple procedure for resetting your password without being logged in to your account.
Resetting your password :
Requirements:
- Contain at least 12 characters
- Include at least one uppercase and one lowercase character
- Include at least one special character
- Include at least one number
- Go to the OneDoc login page
- Under the password field, click on the “Forgot your password?” button.
- Enter the email address associated with your OneDoc account.
- Click on the “Reset my password” button. A message will appear, indicating that a reset email has been sent to you, if an account matching the email address you entered exists.
- Check your mailbox and open the email titled “Reset your OneDoc password”.
- Change your password by clicking on the “Reset your OneDoc password” link in the email. You will be redirected to a page where you can enter a new password.
- After entering and confirming your new password (you have to enter it twice), click on “Reset my password” to complete the reset.
